Maple Syrup Sugarhouse Studio Apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Butternut Maple Farm in the heart of Burton Township right by the Geauga County Fairgrounds and just miles from Amish Country. This private brand new, fully furnished smoke-free studio apartment is on the second floor of the sugarhouse with a gorgeous attached deck perfect for your morning coffee. During maple sugar season (January-March), you receive front row seats to watch and/or participate in making our award winning organic maple syrup.

Lake House with Amazing Views

Amazing location right on Lake Erie. This cozy lake house has a large kitchen, full bathroom and a living room/bedroom with king-size bed. The cottage is off by itself so you can enjoy your seclusion, but we live about 200 feet away so we can assist you if you need us. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck while watching nature, spectacular sunsets on the private patio, and falling asleep to the sounds of the lake. You will be blown away by the beauty and peacefulness of this amazing cottage.

The Wildflower

Come enjoy this brand new cabin in a private wooded setting. Sit on the front porch swing or relax by the fireplace. Enjoy the whirlpool for two and new stylish decor with black metal railing against a backdrop of the finest craftsmenship of woodworking. This cabin was built by local Amish and Mennonite builders. There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

The Ledgerock Cabin, Garrettsville/Parkman, Ohio

2 NIGHT MIN. We are located on a ledge overlooking the Grand River and are close to: Hiram; Burton; Solon; Chesterland; Chardon; Garrettesville; canoe liveries; hiking trails and picnic areas. You’ll love our place because of the views and convenient location. We furnish: towels; bedding; a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; a t.v. that gets ROKU (FREE), Netflix and Amazon are available for access to your personal accounts. We recently added a firepit for your enjoyment. Sorry, no pets.

The Old Postal Cottage

*Note: feel free to inquire about availability for dates not listed as open on calendar. The Old Postal Cottage, built in the 1840s, was the Parkman post office until mid 2018. It was completely renovated, and it is now a tiny house, located within an Amish community in Northeast Ohio. It has a private entrance, and is a cozy space, perfect for a getaway in the country, with access to all major roads and an easy commute to Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron, and many tourist attractions.

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, Alpine Valley Skiing, and adjacent to Bass Lake's amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 4 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome. We have the highest reviews/year in the area!

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
