Enjoy nature in a beautiful peaceful setting with 100 acres of privately owned property. Breathtaking panoramic views spanning 45 miles in a tranquil natural spot with hiking trails throughout. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

Country Home

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

Welcome to this charming and cozy home sitting at the highest point in Frostburg. Incredible mountain and forest views from the upstairs windows, lots of old house details and including two staircases and a sleeping porch. There are hardwood floors throughout. Lots of space to relax. Two full baths, one with shower and one with tub/shower. Gas range and fully stocked kitchen. Smart TV's in two bedrooms, and in the main living room. Strong Wifi, and a washer and dryer in the basement.

Our House on the GAP Bike Trail

Our house in Meyersdale is a single-family house just a block from the GAP bike trail on a quiet street and walking distance to the middle of town. The house is ideal for travelers riding the GAP, skiers visiting the slopes nearby, or those looking for some quiet time in the country. Ideal for individuals or small families. (Pls note: Trains come through town and the whistles can be heard during the day or night. There is also a fire whistle to alert volunteers to emergencies.)

Franklin Cottage is a charming 2 bedroom home located in the town of Somerset, PA. This home is 5 walking blocks to the center of town where you'll find restaurants and shopping. Somerset offers a wide variety of activities just minutes away including skiing, hiking, fishing, and biking. The kitchen in the home is fully equipped and you'll find a washer and dryer available in the lower level. Enjoy coffee on the new deck added Summer ‘22.

The Shadoe on Greene

Just a stones-throw from everything Cumberland has to offer, The Shadoe on Greene is at the heart of it all. Literal steps from the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, the Great Allegheny Passage trail & the Historic City Center, with a wide array of local shops and eateries. This unique property was built in the 1850's and has been lovingly restored to embrace it's history, as well as provide all of the modern amenities you'd expect.

Glamping Pod

Escape to nature in a cozy glamping pod, offering the ideal mix of comfort and adventure in a peaceful setting. Each pod features a queen-size bed, a mini kitchenette with a coffee maker and microwave, and a dining table for two. Pods are equipped with heating and cooling, electricity, and WiFi. Though there's no bathroom inside, our luxury bathhouse with private stalls is just a short walk away and visible from your pod.

Pap's Place

Pap’s Place is a single-wide mobile home that has been recently renovated. This property is named after the former owner, Warren Sterner, affectionately called “Pap” by his grandchildren. Warren was a railroad enthusiast. He could never work on the railroad due to the loss of an eye at a young age. This home has been decorated with prints of railroad and local scenes that Warren painted during his life.

Cozy Laurel Highlands Getaway

This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.

Creekside Cottage

Our cottage is a private and cozy place to get away and relax. The view from the porch or fire ring area is beautiful and very peaceful. Centrally located in the Laurel Highlands close to 3 ski resorts, GAP trail, 4 State Parks, Falling Water, Flight 93 Memorial, wineries & breweries, wedding venues and more! Somerset County has so many adventures waiting for you!
