Large glass doors open directly onto the pool area, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool surrounded by outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The outdoor area also includes a lawn, a barbecue, and additional lounge furniture, making it an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own shower room and direct access to the pool area. A separate toilet is also available on this level. The first floor features two bedrooms. One includes an en-suite shower room and offers the same level of comfort as the ground-floor bedroom.
