Rural location with double room & private bathroom

Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. Also, continental breakfast is available for an additional charge.

Lynn's Place

Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dogs Honey and Tinker we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!
