The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

The lovingly furnished apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house and extends over several levels. The small, east-facing balcony with a panoramic view invites you to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary appliances, in the sofa corner there is a TV with antenna and satellite connection and Netflix. A garage and a parking space complete the offer.

This accommodation is part of a traditional "maso", the old Alpine farmhouse, which has just been renovated. Positioned on the middle floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Inside, the charm of oak wood, the enveloping warmth emitted by the wood stove, and subtle decorations complete the welcoming atmosphere of a modern mountain retreat.
