Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

It sleeps up to 6 humans (2 bedrooms, with a sofabed in the living area), this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience. To the side is Jenson Cottage that can sleep upto 5 human beings.

The Mill House

Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
