This light & airy 200 sq ft. contemporary guest suite/tiny home is located in a cozy, quiet neighborhood conveniently located in south Eugene. Two blocks from a bus line & running/biking trails, 2 miles from U of O, walking distance to parks, grocery stores & several delightful eateries. Holly's Hideaway has been expertly designed to provide our guests with a comfortable and easy stay. A nature inspired retreat with views of a garden and deep soaking tub for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Enjoy a stylish, private studio in downtown Springfield located a convenient 5-minute drive from UO and Hayward Field and 10 minutes to downtown Eugene. This studio has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator/freezer, Fire TV, and a quaint private fenced yard with lounge chairs. You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

NB The entrance to the suite is located at the back of the house down a set of stairs from guest parking.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

Knotty Pine Studio: 1.3 miles to U of O & Hayward

Nature lovers feel at home in my cozy cabin that is one mile from the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena & adjacent to Hendricks Park - world famous Rhododendron garden with trails for running, walking & manicured gardens for strolling & picnics. My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy & practical. Queen bed with cotton sheets, coffee & tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. Enjoy the outdoor deck & glider swing as wild deer & birds visit. You are welcome here!

Peaceful, modern &conveniently located guest house

The Little House is a 520 sq ft attached guest house built in 2019. This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Please note: Rates vary based on demand and summer/winter rates vary.

Newly-remodeled one-bedroom guest suite in the basement of a College Hill historic home. Quiet retreat just two blocks from the Oregon State University campus with a private entrance off the driveway and reserved off-street parking. Just a 5-15 minute walk down tree-lined streets to central campus, Reser Stadium, Gill Colliseum, Greek Houses, and nearby restaurants & coffee shops. Easy push-button entry. Quiet hosts live upstairs in the main house. No smoking, pets, or parties.

The Shed in Hayden Bridge

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.
