Central location with a nice view of entire city, you can cook your own meals, do laundry and neighborhood is really safe . Neighbors are friendly and I know them for thirty years or more . House has been in the family for more than 50 years. why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house .

5 minute drive to central Matagalpa, yet removed from the hustle. best to have a car here, however a bus stop is 10 minute walk. house is secure with a caretaker living inside gated property next door. Rarely see or hear from him. House is complete stand alone experience.
