This listing is part of an up / down duplex and as such noise does transfer slightly. We've done our best to mitigate the sound transfer but it is not perfect. Please note parking is tight, you may be assign one parking space or (free) street parking depending on several factors. It is one bedroom, but the living room can easily be converted into another bedroom with the inclusion of a murphy bed.
