We love hosting and we take our hosting seriously to make our guests happy. Please understand that you are booking a homeshare listing, sharing some spaces with us if you choose to. Although our older home is “lived in," we work hard to make our home clean. We and our lovely cats are hoping to meet you!

It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Tucked away below Deerfield Ridge: five minutes' drive to Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook or Bement, and just 17 miles to Northampton and Amherst. If you like a secluded spot, you will be happy here with us and we will respect your privacy. The entrance is the only shared space. No cleaning fee.

Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL PRE-SET BREAKFAST that is served at 8 AM… please know there is not a breakfast menu. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk.
