Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel. Best for couples or small families. The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants.
