This apartment has been completely renovated. There is wi-fi. Sorry no pets. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple. Full size bed. All new bedding, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator / small freezer. Check-out is 10:00 am Eastern. We do have outdoor security cameras. NO cameras in the barn or apartment.

Happy Trails Lodge sleeps 6 with 2 king sized beds and pull out couch. Full kitchen with washer/dryer, WiFi & satellite TV. Happy Acres is close to Rainbow River for swimming & canoeing. However we are not a dude ranch. We are a working horse ranch on 30 acres. We take up to two small dogs 10 to 15 pounds. Please notify host if you plan to bring a pet. See host for details.
