Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Welcome to our lovely nest in the heart of the Dolomites (Alta Badia)! Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

The rustic apartment “Confolia 1” is located in the small village of La Valle and offers a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a single bed) and a bathroom. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV and a washing machine. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. You can start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony belonging to the house.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

The apartment 'Chalet La Flüta Primula' is located in the center of La Valle (Wengen) in a sunny spot with mountain views. This 33 m² accommodation features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. You also have access to a shared outdoor space with garden furniture.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
