Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-

We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
