The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Magnolia Cottage is a ground floor self catering, self contained annex to our home. It is a one bedroomed property located in Acton Bridge, a small, picturesque village on the south side of the River Weaver in Cheshire. The property sleeps two people, however a travel cot can be provided if requested when booking. A portable high chair is also available. There is an enclosed patio area at the front of the cottage with outdoor dining. One dog is welcome at the property.
