Offered year round so that our guests can enjoy all that Vermont has to offer such as nearby skiing, changing leaves, hiking and so much more! Guests will enjoy their own private space with access to many amenities such as a full kitchen, private entrance, a queen bed, free WIFI and so much more! So grab a mug and sit back and relax next to the gas fireplace! You will want to return every season!

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Wake up to stunning views of Sugarbush in this “Flat Roof A-Frame". Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Or, you could stay in to read, work, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. A very private garden patio for morning coffee/ afternoon beer or wine or awaits you.

Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Another Day in Paradise at Sugarbush Mountain

Steps to Sugarbush Mountain in Warren, Vermont. This a one bedroom, one bath condo located in Center Village on Sugarbush Mountain. Pull out sofa is also available in the main living room. Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

The Nest Studio

Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property

The Wolf's Den at Sugarbush Mt Ellen

The Wolf's Den at Sugarbush Mt. Ellen is a brand new fully equipped custom 1st floor studio apartment at the foot of SUGARBUSH MT ELLEN enjoy the luxurious bedding, and accessories. Also provided is a continental breakfast with a Vermont flair! This property abuts the CATAMOUNT X-C SKI TRAIL!! From here you can walk or bike to many of the Valley's hot spots! Off of German Flats Road. THE VALLEY'S GREATEST LOCATION !!! One well-behaved pet is allowed!

Mad River Lookout

An excellent match for skiers, hikers, as well as those looking simply to detach and unwind. A king sized sleigh bed in the master bedroom with views to the mountains, and sleeps 7 overall. 15 minutes to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen and The Long Trail. 35 minutes to Stowe Village.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

1830 Enchanting, Light-Filled Farmhouse Apartment

Gather around the fire pit and stargaze with toasted marshmallows, then cozy up on the cozy sectional in front of a movie. Warm hardwood floors combine with chunky wooden furniture, historic beams, and elegant sash windows at this period retreat. This second floor apartment of a two unit 1830 farmhouse can be rented on its own or with the downstairs unit. Booked as just the second floor, it is completely secluded with its own private entrance.
