Große gemütliche traditionelle Wohnung in ersten Stock in den Bergen. 1 min zu Fuß zum Bus (im Winter Skibus) und mit dem Bus erreicht man 2 Skigebiete innerhalb 5-10min (Kronplatz 30min). Familien oder Freundesgruppen sind immer willkommen, wir haben einen schönen Garten und eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar (Burgtaufers, Krippenmuseum, Bergbaumuseum, Klimastollen, Mineralienmuseum...) und es gibt auch viele Wanderrouten die wir weiterempfehlen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

With a beautiful view of the mountains, the holiday apartment 'Silva Summit' is located in San Giovanni (St. Johann). The 69 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering space for 7 people (one of the bedrooms is furnished with a single bed). The "Archehof Hochzirm" with the "Lodge Franz" is located outside of Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) on 1,003 m above sea level. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, underfloor heating and a private sauna.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
