There are no steps anywhere on the property, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages/abilities. We are proud to be a family-friendly, inclusive, pet-friendly, and EV-friendly property.

The suite is next to the main house, with private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and pond. It is completely isolated from noise and view from others. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from downtown Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food. Includes a private walking trail, a book nook with a divers collection of more than 2000 books and a Mediterranean court with fire pit area, for grilling and eating.

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! Perfect for artists, those looking to reflect or re-connect, or short getaways. Up to 2 dogs allowed, woof! ($50 fee)

Adorable Downtown lodging-dogs welcome! Apt.102

This 1-bedroom & 1- bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you may hear some traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you may also hear some noise during their hours of operation.. they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. We were having WiFi issues but thankfully that's now been resolved and works great!!

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)

The lakeside cottage welcomes you to fishing and swimming its spring-fed 9-acre, very clear waters. Enjoy relaxing between activities with easy access wi-fi or tv. If you are traveling to the area for equine competition, horse boarding is available.
