Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.
