Stunning 7th floor unit BEACH FRONT, tastefully renovated, new furniture and appliances, with large balcony to enjoy the BEST SUNSET IN THE COUNTRY! Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

This beautiful family-friendly beach house is in an adorable, gated community with two pools and two parking spots in front of the home. This home sleeps 6 comfortably and features an outdoor fenced patio with a fire pit and gas grill for your family’s evening enjoyment. The home has been upgraded with Roku TVs with YouTube TV in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and features new appliances, including the washer and dryer.

Located near St. Andrew's State Park, this family friendly condo is located right on the beach! The bedroom features a king size bed and an attached full bath. Our condo overlooks the seasonally heated pool, and offers a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room to add additional sleeping space.
