The Rabbit Hole is a beautiful hideaway in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walking & cycling in the surrounding countryside. Very close to the market town of Skipton with its medieval castle, shops & restaurants. Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Guests are welcome to share our garden.

The Little Washhouse

The Little Washhouse is a beautifully-restored washhouse dating back over a hundred years. Hidden away, at the rear of High Meadow House, in the rural village of Cononley, this pretty stone cottage is an idyllic retreat for two and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and only minutes into the Yorkshire Dales. There are many beautiful walks in the village, along the river and canal. It also has two pubs and a village shop along with a train station linking it to Skipton and the Dales.

This private and *NEWLY* refurbished, detached apartment with it's own hot tub (with a roof) and decked garden area, is located near the Worth Valley Steam Railway with stunning views of the hills. It is a five minute drive from the historic village of Haworth (a very dog friendly place for visitors with furry friends) and is a perfect location for visiting the Brontë parsonage where the Brontë sisters lived and the moors which inspired their writing, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Saltaire.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Shay Bank Cottage w/ Kingbed - Near Skipton.

Shay Bank Cottage is nestled amongst the famous Pennine Way and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside, with the market town of Skipton "Happiest & most liveable place in England", Grassington (All creatures great and small), Haworth (Bronte sisters) Bolton Abbey and Ilkley all just a short drive away.. The Lake District is within a hours drive. Free safe parking directly outside the cottage with field views surrounding the property, greeting you with peace and tranquility.
