The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

U sklopu apartmana osigurano je i parkirno mjesto. U blizini apartmana nalaze se trgovina, ljekarna, pekara, igraliste za djecu, restoran, autobusna stanica, a najbliza plaza udaljena je cca 500 metara. Najpoznatija “Rajska plaža” udaljena je cca 900 metara od naseg apartmana.

The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. My Our newly renovated apartment is all you need for a perfect vacation. It is located in the heart of the island of Rab in a very quite and peaceful place called Mundanije, which is only 5 min driving distance from the wonderful old town of Rab. In another 10 to 15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica. So it is ideal place for relaxing. The apartment is on the first floor, it has a large terrace.
