1879 Victorian in Central Coast Wine Country

Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Located within a five minute walk from Los Olivos Grocery, it will be easy to stock the state-of-the-art kitchen with essentials, or dine out at the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

This is a quiet and spacious accommodation in an exclusive neighborhood in Mesa Oaks. The home is a light filled airy space with a King Suite and two Queen Suites. These suites feature comfortable beds and abundant fresh air. There is a master bath attached to the King suite and another full bath with tub for the two Queen Suites. There is a newly remodeled kitchen and adjoining dining area that seats 8 people.
