Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Les ofrecemos una vivienda construida recientemente, situada en un barrio tranquilo, al lado del paseo peatonal, de un pequeño pueblo del centro de Mallorca. Además, podrá acceder a cualquier lugar de la isla tras un corto trayecto. Finalmente, las múltiples comodidades que le ofrece la casa y su ambiente privilegiado harán de sus vacaciones una estancia soñada. Cabe destacar que la casa está adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida, por lo que no excluye a ningún público.

Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
