The Grate House - Fire Table - Grill - Fenced Yard

The Grate House is a 3 minute drive or less to Harding University, Harding Academy, downtown Searcy, and Searcy High school. The house was built in the 1940’s and has been completely remodeled on the inside utilizing small accents of its history in the walls, floors (the grate), and brick. This 2 bed room, 1 bath house offers a full kitchen, formal dining table, laundry access, and 1 pull out couch. The house also offers a backyard with a large patio, a grill, outdoor chairs, and fire pit.

The Loft

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Just 3 miles from Harding university in the quaint town of Searcy. An amazing lake is only 30 min away in Heber springs. Our cabin is in a prime fishing location on the Little Red, less than 15 minutes from Downtown Heber Springs and the breathtaking, 40,000 acre Greers Ferry Lake. It's the perfect place for you to come relax, unwind and spend quality time with your friends and family!

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Bison Bungalow

Within walking distance of Harding University, enjoy this historic bungalow during your stay in Searcy. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Large fenced in backyard is a plus.

Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.

Conveniently located next to the most sought-after boat access on the Little red River and just minutes away from Greer’s Ferry Lake, this is a fisherman’s paradise. Dripping Springs Retreat comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Direct boat access and hard to find private dock await your adventurous spirit. The world record for brown trout (40 lbs, 4 oz) was set in May 2002 on the Little Red River, which stood until it was surpassed in 2009.
