It has access to the fabulous countryside with the city of Lincoln and the famous Lincolnshire Wolds nearby and the many local links to military aviation. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The village has a bus stop with links to Lincoln and Woodhall Spa and there are many pubs & restaurants in the local area. The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.
