L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone e dell'aria condizionata. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!
