The entire property is included w/ your cottage rental; 1.1 acres, 800 ft of lake shoreline, a dock, a pier, a sunset deck, a social pavilion, waterfront hot-tub. It is a private lake experience; nothing really compares - unique!

Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

This beautiful brick home located on a spacious lot is waiting for you! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 baths will make life a breeze. Dine or relax on the covered patio while the kids play in the gently sloping private backyard. Your stay on West Main St will be a dream with all the amenities of downtown Pickens being in walking distance. You are also only 20 minutes from all Greenville or Clemson has to offer.

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Enjoy easy access to all the Upstate has to offer! This newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex apartment is located along the Doodle Trail bike route. Enjoy hiking trails and waterfalls at Table Rock and Caesars Head State Parks, catch a Clemson football game, or check out Falls Park and downtown Greenville, all from one convenient location! The home is across the street from a well-maintained local park and playground and within walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants.

Countryside apartment near Appalachian foothills

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered. Please take note when booking; Children older than three are considered "extra guests" and need to be booked accordingly. There is a charge of $10 per night per extra guest after the first two guests.

The Cottage

Downtown Easley shops, restaurants, bars and The Silos are within walking distance, and Greenville and Clemson are just a short drive away. If you'd rather stay in, enjoy everything the house has to offer including bumper pool, a card table, board games, horseshoe pits, and Netflix.
