Beautiful home in a green and peaceful environment. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the U-shaped living room, the garden and little forest with a zip-line cable and swings! Two large bedrooms and two small one in a lovely house. Brussels is a few steps away. The house goes from 200 to 110€ because the future wooden floor of the living room is stored on the ground in the dining room. The living room, the dining room, the kitchen form a single "L" shaped room. So you will see the stored wood.

Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! The house is renovated with all luxury and beautiful decoration in a quiet area. There are 2 duplex apartments, each with 2 levels. Nice for 2 families, having their privacy. The apartments have a luxury made to measure Kitchen with all Kitchen appliances of Siemens. Also an espresso maker of Nespresso and a kettle with an assortiment of Tea’s!
