This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.
