Ihr seid eine Gruppe von 8 Personen (oder mehr) und wollt einen tollen Urlaub in traumhafter Lage, direkt am Fluss und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Legolandes verbringen? Wir bieten euch mit dem 4-Sterne-Ferienhaus "Brenzblick" ein ganzes Ferienhaus mit riesigem Garten, Terrasse und Wintergarten, das wir 2018 komplett renoviert und für euch hergerichtet haben. Ihr könnt im Garten grillen, Lagerfeuer machen, vom Garten aus im SUP, Kajak oder Kanu losfahren oder euch im Fluss abkühlen.

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

Entdecken Sie lokale Highlights wie das Ulmer Münster, Kloster Wiblingen, Legoland Deutschland (16 Min.) und den Blautopf in Blaubeuren. Ihr perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Ulm und Umgebung zu erkunden!

Die Entfernung zum Legoland in Günzburg ist ca 25 km. Auch das Steiff Museum in Giengen ist in 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Ulm sind es 15 km und dort hat man ganz viele Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Wer mehr in die Natur möchte kann sich die Eiszeithöhlen im Lonetal und Achtal anschauen. Ein Parkpatz ist direkt auf dem Grundstück. Im Ort hat es einen Bäcker und Metzger. Weitere Einaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 6km.

Unser Haus ist ruhig aber doch zentral gelegen. In 5 Min zu Fuß ist der nächste Supermarkt und Bäcker zu erreichen.
