The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. Oikos means family and this is what you will find during your holidays in Taormina. The apartment of 120mq offers sea-view terraces and a swimming pool (shared with us) and it is located 15 min walking from town center. It can perfectly host 6 guests. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).
