Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Notre logement de 54 m2 est proche des Arènes de Lutèce, du Jardin des Plantes, de la rue Mouffetard, de la place de la Contrescarpe, du Panthéon, du jardin du Luxembourg, du jardin des Plantes, des quais de Seine, de Notre Dame, de l'Ile saint Louis, .... Vous l'apprécierez pour son emplacement, son charme et son originalité. Il convient à un couple, aux voyageurs seuls et aux voyageurs d'affaires.

Appartement moderne, très ajouré, exposé plein Sud, dans une petite rue très calme parallèle au Boulevard Saint Germain. Beau 2 pièces dans un immeuble typique du vieux Paris. Couchage : Canapé convertible poltrone e sofá très confortable, acheté en décembre 2018. Lit deux personnes avec matelas 140*190 marque Emma acheté en mai 2019.
