New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Uma antiga casa de barco, construída na década de 50 e que pertencia ao antigo hotel Belvedere, localizado em uma pequena baía chamada de Sepituba. Nesse hotel, meu pai passou sua juventude passeando de canoa. O lugar tem uma energia deliciosa p descansar e contemplar a vista deslumbrante do mar e da Ilhabela, que fica à nossa frente.
