It comes fully furnished including 3 Roku TVs, 2 beds (1 queen and 1 full), washer & dryer, full sized kitchen with cookware and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing. Close to I-85 and lots of entertainment and only 20 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway. Pet friendly home. Backyard is fenced in.

Cherry Treesort "Chico's Hideaway"

This beautiful treehouse is the 5th on the Cherry Treesort property. It is located off the main road with a short walk over the scenic bridge. It features a queen bed in the main bedroom as well as a queen pullout couch bed. It has a complete bathroom with flushing toilet and shower. It also has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and fridge. Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.

Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
