We offer you this independent apartment of about 50 square meters attached to our house, on a plot of 5000 m2 wooded and fully fenced with a 4X10m outdoor pool and private parking. The accommodation is quiet and enjoys an unobstructed view. Our house is located on the height of Lalinde, 5 minutes by car from the center. Lalinde, the first English Bastide, is waiting for you on the banks of the Dordogne River. Its greenway runs along the Lalinde Canal.

Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite.
