Bring your family/ friends to the Adirondacks and enjoy our beautiful home minutes away from Lake George Village, and the race track in Saratoga. Relax on your private beach or kayak, paddleboard or float on our tranquil lake. The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a bedroom and full bath on the lower level. Both floors boast their own kitchen and living spaces with fireplaces and televisions. Enjoy the lake views from both levels with amazing decks/patios gas grills and fire table.

Our carriage house has been completely restored from a post and beam barn to a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment. There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

The Mood: Once in a great while does an authentic log cabin beckon such an inviting hello to the Adks as this delightful lake front hideaway. Tucked into the picturesque shoreline sits pure storybook goodness. From the warm glow on the log beams overhead & the wonder of nature all around... to the inviting front porch, guests feel the rich comfort & settle right in. The indoor/outdoor lines disappear as lake vistas & lake life décor play happily off each other. Gathering spaces welcome friends.

Apartment in Historic Village Home

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!
