The condo is centrally located between Brevard to the East and Cashiers/Highlands to the West where there are numerous breweries as well as hiking and cycling in the Pisgah National Forest and Gorgers State Park. Fully stocked kitchen with a dinette that seats 4, another dining room table that seats 8. There is a bird cage in the corner of the dining room, no bird. Plenty of outdoor seating with the gas grill. The hot tub is located on the downstairs porch. Also, downstairs are 2 queen bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and laundry room.
