Un'elegante casa bifamiliare: con accanto i proprietari la quiete è assicurata. Da un ampio giardino con la vista sul lago entrate nell'open space con sala, zona pranzo, cucina piccola ma molto funzionale, e il bagno con la doccia. Al primo piano due camere e un bagno con la vasca. Una stanza con letto francese, l'altra matrimoniale; hanno la vista sul lago: una un romantico balcone. C'è il box con bike laboratory, canoa e padel for free. Da ott. ad apr. 10€ più al giorno per il riscaldamento.

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.
