A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.

This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)
