The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Bolton Landing - Cozy Adirondack Cabin Home & Ski

Small Adirondack cabin with a loft type sleeping area. One queen bed and a full size futon. Can easily host 2 adults and 2 children. Two couples are possible but limited privacy. Renovated cabin in Bolton Landing. Private setting with short walk to the Pinnacle trail head, 5 minute quick drive into town for groceries, public town beach, boat launch, Sagamore Resort, public beaches, restaurants, brewery, and shops. Gore ski area (40 minute drive. Dog pets are on an exception basis.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.
