Relax on the lakefront screened porch and multiple indoor/outdoor gathering spots. Kids and adults will love watching movies and playing foosball in the game room. This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.

Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
