Located in a rural residential area with a scattering of farms, yet only ten minutes from shopping and restaurants in downtown Waynesville. Within an easy drive of hundreds of miles of hiking and 40 minutes from Asheville or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, there is plenty to do. For those who want to do less, you can sit in the sunroom or on the deck and watch the horses graze.

A cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in a perfect location and breathtaking views. Full height sliding glass doors bring in natural light and showcase picturesque mountain views. Outside, our home has a covered wrap a-round porch, rocking chairs, bench swing, and table to relax and take in the mountain air. Inside features a living area with a stone fireplace to relax with friends and family, kitchen, dining, and an additional living area (loft). The property also has paved access by private road.

Asheville views for miles

Charming cabin with amazing mountain views. House was built in 2021 and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a beautifully handcrafted king size sleigh bed. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets

Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

*4x4 or AWD only* Escape to our tiny modern off grid cabin situated in the middle of our private 125 acre mountain top forestry management land which backs up to Pisgah National Forest. Wake up to soaring mountain views, hike all day on the Blue Ridge Parkway, grill out and make S'mores over the fire pit, and then roll open the glass garage door to fall asleep under the stars in a comfy bed...just 25 minutes to downtown Asheville! Heated by a wood stove. All pets are welcome!

We are about 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska are approximately 30 minutes away; a 45-minute drive will take you to Asheville.
