Also has a full bathroom including a loft the offers love seat/twin bed and bunk beds with a game/tv area. Downstairs offers two bedrooms. One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom and full bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. In the backyard is a deck that includes gas grill and patio furniture. We are within walking distance to Rec #1

Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
