This offers:Bedroom 3: Another double room.Bedroom 4: A single room.Extra comfort: A second, separate bathroom and a small living room with access to the pool.For groups of up to 6 people, the small apartment remains closed and will, of course, not be rented out to anyone else during your stay – you will always have the house and the grounds entirely to yourselves!

Miniappartamento con camera, bagno, living e angolo cucina, con fantastica vista panoramica, immersa nella campagna ma a pochi minuti dal centro città. Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. La dolce vita. Pasta, Vino und eigener Strand. Eigener Strand mit Hängematte zwischen Palmen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den benachbarten Park. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Wir sind selber gerne super gerne hier, aber es ist uns leider nicht vergönnt, den ganzen Sommer hier zu verbringen. (Boote gg. kl.Gebühr.

With this accommodation, your family will be close to all the tourist attractions of the Varese Lakes. Just a few hundred meters from the house, you have access to the beauty of Lake Monate. The nearest free beach is within walking distance. The town center has all the necessary amenities . We are 20 minutes from Malpensa Airport, 40 minutes from Milan, and 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore. We are also 5 minutes from the cycle/pedestrian paths of Lake Varese and Lake Comabbio.
