Gorgeous and totally private location, in rural location. Far reaching views and serene setting, lots of parking. Fabulous heated POOL (5m x 10m) open from start of April to end of October. Full of rustic charm inside, with loads of space and many quirky old features. Fantastic outdoor entertaining area, with magical automatic illuminating lanterns and large dining table. There is a barbecue, ping-pong table and petanque (boules). . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub/post office.

La Petite Grange

Située dans un joli village de la Dordogne, cette grange aménagée est parfaite pour les voyageurs solos ou en couple. La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. Fibre.

It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Cette maison paisible offre un séjour détente à toute la famille. 241M2 habitable rénovée, située au confins du village de Gout Rossignol sans vis à vis ni mitoyenneté. Un terrain arboré de 1000M2 avec piscine sécurisée au sel de 10x5m. Des jeux pour enfants(cabane, pont de singe, varap, toboggan etc). Accés gratuit à un cours de tennis jouxtant la maison. Grange ouverte avec table de ping pong et 6 vélos mis à disposition. La maison est équipée pour 14 personnes, draps et serviettes fournies.

Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer
