The beach access is an easy drive, walk, or bike ride. We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and a buggy to make the trip down to the beach easier or visit close parks and restaurants. The detached building, Zen Den, has a bedroom set up and an office for those who need a remote workplace for a longer stay!

Enjoy a perfect oceanfront family getaway on Oak Island's West Beach. This 2nd level unit of our beach house has separate entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Oceanfront condo just steps from the beach! Third floor, no elevator but it is worth every step! This unit has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean/beach all day. Located halfway between the pier and the boardwalk makes this spot just right. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $125 fee for one dog and $200 for 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. We have stocked it with kitchen essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and laundry soap, shampoo, body wash. Sheets and towels provided!
