Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Najbliža trgovina i restoran udaljeni su 2 km u autokampu Tunarica, gdje također imate mogućnost najma kajaka, pedalina.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
