The apartment is located on the 1st floor, you have the apartment completely at your disposal. The bedroom has a double door that separates it from the living room. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 people. If you book for only 2 people and do not share the bed in the bedroom, you must report this during your reservation. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities to use during your stay. There is also a small terrace in the apartment, but it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside! There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet at the entrance of the apartment.

Our cocoon it’s a 100 m2 space with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall, toilet and living/dining room. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Il est aussi possible de garer votre véhicule gratuitement non loin du studio.
