Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

V tem čudovitem bivališču je dovolj prostora, da se bo lahko zabavala vsa vaša družina. Za unikatno doživetje je družinska suita v seminarski hiši Velikanka prava izbira. The villa is located in the village of Gladloka by the Kolpa River with its own beach, in the municipality of Kostel. It offers a beautiful view of the Kolpa River canyon, which allows for various sports that will make your vacation in this part of Slovenia even more enjoyable. We have equipped Villa Fani to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €5.00 per night, which is to be paid directly to us.

'Beljan's barn has been transformd into attractive space for relaxation, which in direct contact with the garden offers the feeling of being outdoors. Here you will find everything you need for an easy stay in nature, including the comfort of a warm bed and a crackling fire. You may aslo find a spacial book to read in the library. The garden is open, green and enjoyable, great as a starting point for a nearby walking trails and as relaxation endpoint after hikes.
